For over ten years I’ve supported people and teams in finding their own way, in coaching, in leadership, in teaching and in working with children and teenagers. I see leadership as enablement: I give you space, clarity and confidence so you can move forward under your own strength. I work with empathy and as an equal, with patience, humour and a positive outlook. Respectfully, resource-oriented and confidential. Together we work toward what you want to achieve, whether that's more calm, clarity in your decisions, or new self-confidence.
I also volunteer: at the Arche Zürich I support a girl with her learning and shared activities. For the Thamarai education project in Auroville (India), I supported children aged 6 to 16 for five months, with creative art and craft workshops and English and homework support.
